These are public Devnet transactions — a live official stamp on Devnet, then a take-back, plus a separate replace of a different file. This page asks Solana if the program account is still there. You can ignore our words and click Explorer.

File A — stamped, then taken back

A live official stamp on Devnet. Only the fingerprint was posted. Later the stamp was taken back. Status is revoked. This is not File B.

File B — a separate replace

Not File A. Replace is a different vault pair: old marked replaced, new one live. Do not read the take-back and the replace as one file.
